This advanced training series is exclusively designed by HKiNEDA as an extension to the INED Essentials Training Series. It aims at helping current INEDs professionals and experienced executives who aspire to develop a career as INEDs to keep abreast of changes in professional knowledge required for INEDs.

HKiNEDA is proud to present the INED Advanced Certificate in Corporate Governance & Directorship – the advanced extension in the INED Essential Training Series. This advanced training series is exclusively designed by HKiNEDA as an extension to the INED Essentials Training Series. It aims at helping current INEDs professionals and experienced executives who aspire to develop a career as INEDs to keep abreast of changes in professional knowledge required for INEDs. The Advanced Training Series will include core courses and elective courses. Participants attending 1 core course and any 5 elective courses from the elective pool and passing the assessment of compulsory module of A1 of INED Board Simulation will be awarded the INED Advanced Certificate issued by HKiNEDA. CPD hours will be awarded by the HKiNEDA and The Law Society of Hong Kong.
